Return & Exchange Policy (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of fabric and cut-to-order materials, all sales at iguessimakethings are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product, fabric or otherwise. Preorders have a cancellation policy you can find under terms & conditions.

Final Sale Policy

All fabric is cut to order and cannot be resold. For this reason:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout
  • By placing an order, you agree to this final sale policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If the error is on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Color & Pattern Variations

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • Pattern placement may vary from cut to cut

These variations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for returns or exchanges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to be cut.
For this reason, orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

Preorder items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance. The estimated shipping month will be listed on the product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment
Full payment is required at the time the preorder is placed in order to reserve your items.

Estimated Shipping Timeline
Shipping dates provided for preorder items are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays outside of our control. If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates as they become available.

Cancellations & Refunds
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund up until the first day of the month the item is expected to ship. After this date, preorder purchases are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Combined Orders
If a preorder item is purchased with in-stock items they will be split into two shipments at check out. Shipping will be calculated separately.

Order Changes
